This step by step guide to create a blog at blogger.com will guide you through the entire process of setting up your own blog at blogger.com. I suggest that before setting up your blog, you may have researched the right keyword or niche that you want for your blog. Think of a keyword or a keyword phrase that you'd love working to.
Step 1. Go to blogger.com and sign in with your google (Gmail) account. If you do not have an account simply click create a blog and go through the sign up process.

Then click continue, you will be sent to the name blog page. On this page, fill up the Blog Name Box where you will put the name or title of your blog. Next to that is the URL address box and check the availability of the address that you have typed in and if it's available then this will be the address that will be typed in the browser bar for others to find your blog. Then, click continue and choose a template that you want for your blog from the many available templates of blogger.

Step 2. In the Layout feature, design your blog using the hundreds of gadgets that Blogger have. You can even place videos for your blog from the video gadgets from Blogger. For the monetization of your blog, you can have the Google Adsense gadget. You can also utilize the HTML gadget function box endlessly.

Step 3. Once you are done with your layout, just click the Posting link and type your first blog. Clicking "save now" will save your post so you can edit it whenever you want. Clicking "publish post" will post the blog to your page.

Step 4. In the settings mode ensure you have your blog searchable by search engines and also choose the number of posts you want to be shown on the front page of your blog. This number will depend upon your layout design, the number of gadgets you use and the length of your posts.

I hope this step by step process will give you crystal clear idea for you to create your own blog. Go and keep blogging.
